Does South Carolina require your broker's license like mo does to have a property management co?

I don't want to have to know 10 areas... and analyze 10 deals... and deal with 10 times the headaches that go with all of that.I'd rather find 1 deal.Additionally I think you can leverage things better if everything is co-located in 1 spot.

I'm aware of a loan program that would allow for up to 75 LTV on a C/O refi on a fourplex if you have a 720 FICO, 6 months of PITI reserves and can go SIVA (700 FICO for a rate and term + 6 months of reserves to go SISA), but there is alot I need to know to determine qualification.
