You use the "Connect" link next to the user's post, and once you become colleagues you can send the PM.

Solution is to type a space after the @ and then back up to before the space and then type the user's name correctly.

(Long story short, my commander didn't agree either and I checked out allowing part of my deposits for rent.....I was young)Then I leased my first house and drew up a lease with that in it.

Over the past week, a few discussions have be started by users about how they have used BiggerPockets to grow their real estate businesses.

Something that multiple users can see.I would like to be able to focus more on pulling comps and other more important activities than fumbling though pdf's, etc.We have a programmer in-house that I'm considering putting on this task, but if something already exists, I'd rather go that route.I think I just described a potential new position...I've found a couple that I'm testing at the moment, but am curious to hear others' thoughts.Thanks!
