I am taking the plunge from California to Utah, deciding to finish my degree in business administration, and start a career in real estate.

I built up my credit, finished my Bachelor’s degree, researched the house flipping process, learned more about home decor, studied my local real estate market, and most recently, completed my state mandated hours for my real estate license.My only issue right now is I do not have the financing to fund my first property.

If the applicant did not attend medical school, veterinarian school, or dental school, and does not have a degree in one of the aforementioned fields they are not eligible for this product.

To become a Broker you've got to have 2 years in the game, 40 transactions, a college degree, a physical office, a clean criminal history & I imagine some other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.

Though my guess is online banks only do bench top. also know that banks almost universally want heloc appraisals to be conservative due to the nature of the debt (revolving)
