no, i think its the opposite... you get objective data by putting in the numbers on the spot (roof cost, tile, new toilet, kitchen), punch those in, hit a button and get the number right there.often times i can't remember if house x needed new pipes or not after i get home.

I have seen some people take away all objectivity and spend years and years going after deadbeats to not get the satisfaction they wanted.

You can also avoid discrimination claims by choosing the best by objectively ranking them based upon your approval criteria.

I am just trying to look at this objectively.

I can already hear the objections.

Valuations are subjective and objective, we can't get the subjective side until we have artificial intelligence!
