Amount, rate, term, etc.At settlement you would then have deed, note, deed of trust executed -- highly recommended that these are all prepared by a competent attorney.

Yet I wouldn't do it myself and would only trust it to an attorney that specializes in that area of the law.

I tend to stay away from trusts, because there is a lot to deal with usually (attorneys, parties involved, etc.)

Especially when they're justifying trusting you with several tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

Are you saying there is no list of mentors with clearly stated what kind of knowledge related to RE business can they offer, prices per what (e.g. per 10 hours of teaching) AND contact email address?
