We literally have foreclosure banks asking for retail prices...even if it means they have to hire a contractor to replace paint and carpet to get it.The one major downside is traffic.  

I even make calls in my car while stuck in beltway rush hour traffic, on my 1.5 hr commute home from my job.

Needs to get a lot of traffic first, but I am excited about the opportunity to list properties on a another platform other than Craigslist.

The market is a way of transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient. 

I own alot of gas stations, I have one where the tenant pays me $12,300/mo in rent and I have it listed for $2.75M and thats double the rent you have and in a high traffic area of 50,000 CPD.

Well established Daytime traffic, Rooftops, and other retailers. 

Whenever we come to visit, we try to get there really late, or really early to miss the stopped traffic. 

I have flipped some properties in the DFW area here in Texas, and generally received  good traffic which resulted in offers in less than 30 days.

At this point my biggest concern is improvements to city road ways that would need to be done in order to support the traffic flow that would be present with a development of this scale. 

Our traffic has increased rapidly!
