If so, how would I go about doing this?

I haven't even thought of how to move money across.

We did a walk through and did not smell anything 2 days ago. so afterthe complaint we said we could go there and inspect.tenant started getting really angry and complaining about other things and how much rent they pay and we are greedy.

We tried to get info on the lender to ask directly but they wouldn't give it to us.I would have thought this would be a relatively quick process to do a credit check, check debt to income, employer verification, etc.current loan's interest rate is very low so they definitely haven't refinanced anytime recently.Additionally, having never assumed a loan before, anything I should keep an eye out for that might cause a hiccup? 

I have a condo with rules about guests and I think they say they can't stay for more than 14 days per year.

What are your thoughts on using a line of credit for another property today?

I'm also thinking about looking to co-share the ownership.
