You will need some down payment, but if you're innovative you may be able to get a 2nd from the seller (are those still kosher for traditional financing, btw) or maybe some first timers loan with a low DP requirement.

Some of the things that Shawn pitched during a live event were that they are "focused on communication" and "technological advances" to "put us ahead of the competition" and so I am disappointed to read about the monies owed/missing at times due to what appears to be incorrect manual accounting mistakes and the lack of communication issues that you had mentioned in your earlier posts.
