Ive never seen someone ask if an ADU can be moved to a separate entity (LLC, trust, etc) from the primary residence. 

Population is growing aggressively and jobs are moving here especially with major employers like Intel, Google, Amazon, Nationwide, etc.

I plan on updating the whole property and moving into one of the units. 

We've only done one flip in the past couple years, as well, and I am in analysis paralysis of our next move.

The tenant moved out and we have it listed for rent.
