Part of the impetus for this idea was something I heard on our local NPR station about the city incentivizing development because our population growth is far outpacing our supply.

I work full time, so I'm probably not as aggressive in finding deals as I could be.  

I am expecting 2-5% acceptance rate for now as i am very aggressive on the price.How did you finance these deals?

Besides flipping houses, I still do a handful of deals each year for other people, which helps out during slow times.Currently, supply here is very tight and prices have been going up.

I currently teach some college classes online, and own a small business selling jewelry making supplies on Etsy.

Great testimony to the success of BP, and getting out there and aggressively pursuing your vision.

I think it's $10 for visitors to get in, but they supply free soda and pizza, so if nothing else, you get some food out of the deal. lol

I'm a little concerned that this heavy supply will trickle down to lowered Class B rents.

@Jim Goebel,I was in your shoes 6 months ago... flabbergasted that a neighbor wasn't friendly, was very aggressive with us, and not  excited at the fact we were renovating an ugly house and clearly making the street better!
