If they help you succeed, you will continue to do more deals and they can make their share, lending you the money do to the deals.

The people who have what it takes to do deals, will probably succeed, especially when they have knowledgable people in their corner, at which point they will probably also say the program was well worth it.Another bonus of going to REIAs and meeting people who are really "doing it" - you might develop a relationship where you can call them when you need advice!

Your success has 100% to do with your determination to succeed.

My team - I manage a team of Real Estate Agents and if they don't succeed, I don't succeed.

Getting started, my suggestion would be to surround yourself immediately with those already succeeding in the real estate game.

At the same time, you are helping them succeed as well so it becomes a win-win situation.
