Note that the NEC now requires a GFCI for refrigerators but many local inspectors allow you not to do this because if the thing nuisance trips, all the food will go bad.

You will also have to have an exit strategy to pay the loan off in full if the lender calls the note due for the illegal transfer (Assuming you transfer it into your name), which you should do so you have equity interest in the property.
