@Ray Reed I'll look back at what i've read but i grew up in and am currently helping my grandparents with their taxes in UC and they tax at the highest rate for props based on what i know...i could be wrong as i'm not an expert...

Not everyone can follow the footsteps of one person's experience based on their personal income, cash reserves, risk tolerance, etc.Personally for me, as my portfolio grew from 1 to 7 properties in about 1.5 years, I saw that risk in real estate gets mitigated when you have more than just a few properties.
