As someone with no experience investing into a syndication, is this normal, a red flag, or possibly ok depending on other variables?

I am trying to figure out if I should also max out my own personal Roth IRA in the S&P or just use all my money towards RE.

If you're looking toward opening a self-directed solo 401(k) or already have one, and would like to consolidate the IRA money into the 401(k), you should accumulate contributions in a traditional IRA.

Does anyone happen to know if there is anyone that can help or at least guide me to a person, place or thing lol that would have reputable training.

We have never done IB on Airbnb or VRBO.
