Since I don't personally invest in South Jersey I can't really recommend anyone specifically but if you reach out to @Tom Dagney or check out the vendors on the SJREIA website you will see a few title companies who would likely be familiar with doing this since they work with other investors in South Jersey.

Also, definitely stay away from websites zillow and Icomps for comps- those sites can be up to 70% off on their numbers.Now I don't know the specifics of your deal like beds/baths, lot size, etc, but looking at comps within a .1 of the area, I would guess you'd be in the upper 300k range.

The classification of multifamily properties is not set in stone.Some people look at it by Construction Year exclusively, and others weigh in the Property Conditions, Ammenities, etc.Here is a very general classification by construction year:Class A: 0-15 years oldClass B: 16-29 years oldClass C: 30+ years oldClass D: 30+ years old in high crime areas.To answer your specific question about section8 being a Class B or A, I’d say it is not likely.
