Not worth it, the point is to socialize in an activity you enjoy, if you enjoy golf then fine go for it, but if you go in with the intention of making deals from it you'll just spend a ton of money and be bored/ annoyed when it doesn't work.

There's nothing wrong with a new meetup -- it's great for socializing and finding new friends in your area who have common interests (their eyes light up at the word "rehab") -- just think of it as a social thing, and not a "finding that unicorn mentor" thing.

You should definitely make your Bigger Pockets & any other social media profiles much more specific & make sure anyone looking at them knows immediately that you are someone to go to for selling their property quickly (or for investors buying).
