I know Truist has Zelle, and is in NC and Texas, I have had issues with them since the Suntrust merger as it seems Suntrust took the business accounts and I will just say it has not been smooth.

On most units like you describe, you could have Mod Bit (Modified Bitumen) with colored granules, or it could be smooth; could be the white TPO material, but if aging it needs attention.

If the town requires the trap for any reason to be in place, think about upgrading to a PVC plastic trap or SDR 35 piping(bell and gasketed pipe) this will ensure the sidewalls of the piping will be smooth and not made up of cast iron piping which tends to be very rough and scaly.

It can be difficult to get a smooth look to the wall if you have to fix the plaster (for example if you get chunks falling out from the lathe which can happen when you try to strip off the wallpaper).
