Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Round Rock.

Hello everyone, I'm a single investor with no partners.

I recently purchased an investment property and as I was adding the property to my BiggerPockets account there was a follow-up question that asked, "Did you work with any real estate professional (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?"

Happy to take a closer look at your specific property and discuss further what options you may have to use your equity to put cash back in your pocket for future investments. 

But David and Cody are legit and their course is well thought out and worth the investment. 

We estimate that we need roughly 9 more properties that generate $300 / month in cash flow to meet this goal.Currently, we are a single-income household.

IRR is a term used by people selling an investment to others.

My strategy is long term appreciation with breakeven cashflow (for now), so the question is what do you guys think is a better investment long term?

We are looking at a 30-year fixed for a Single Family STR , but we are open to suggestions re: ARMs, Interest Only, etc.
