Now I feel a little frantic trying to find the right insurance,  get our LLC set up, bank accounts,  etc.

And what they are on average purchasing 3 bed, 2 bath, around 1,100 square foot single houses for?

And trying to get direct bookings for a single rental isn’t worth the effort.  

I know of single family homes that have.

@Michael Moreno Just be mindful of the self-directed accounts. 

Also worth noting, unlike the stock market where you can buy into the broader market and the market price is set, real estate you are buying a single specific deal where prices are not set.
