Do you emphasize long-term holding of property or quick-turn buying/selling?

So I decided to hold off on purchasing more properties and focus on growing my construction company.

It's a more expensive market than the Midwest and the short term cash flow is lower and that is the trade off for being a few hours away in a landlord friendly state.

And with a lack of five-star communities, there's a major focus on the primary MHC market, which is much more stable in terms of occupancy and cap rates compared to traditional multifamily properties.Well, there you have it – the manufactured housing community sector is a hot ticket, with demand growing, rents on the rise, and occupancy rates staying solid.

I buy n hold single family homes in C+ hoods in the Dallas area where demand is high.

We are interested in appreciation, short term/mid term rentals but also tax benefits that come with real estate.
