Hopefully the will not make you undo any work due to inspection, but that is a possibility.You will never be able to sell it retail without power.

Newer builds will be tougher for a number of reasons such as:*The seller may want a retail number for the selling price* If they are not in distress, the chances of them selling at a discount are lowerBut, its not to say it is impossible, anything is.
