How does the process involved in paying off the superior lien work?

Partner 2: equity, cash flow, does all the property management responsibilities and operations. 

However, getting from simple Phase I/II due diligence to developing a remedial plan can be a large and complex process and costs would have a wide range until more is known.

The bigger issue is you need the ability to manage the entire process. 

Anyhow, i have a couple more days to appeal, and am in the process as we speak.

It’s a bit of a process with several steps, but it's totally doable and well worth it for the added income!

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, and if you give me a penny for my thoughts you'll get change back, but I grew up in Texas and we're grass fed on personal responsibility down here, so... 

There will be challenges that need to be overcome throughout the process but with persistence, drive, and education; any obstacle can be overcome and the outcome will prove worth the effort.
