I don't get it, but that's what I roll with...In the past it was never a big deal to QCD the property to my s-corp after the initial deed was recorded since I was reselling them on land contract.

Are you willing to create a database of people and organize it so that when a property comes across you can target the people who buy the type of proeprty you found?

Any organization that would first teach you to increase the limit on your credit card and then sell you a product with your new found credit limit... does not have your best interests in mind... regardless of their claims or pitch!

"Testing" for compliance became the organization's major program.

if after 32 days I cant resell the home, so are the scenario. does the lender charge higher fees then or i have to foreclose on the property

Could be the same or different organizations doing these two phases.

-Seller has verbally agreed to accept my offer which is less than what seller owes in order to resell it -Seller owes $129K, home is worth $139k> -So far there is no Realtor, agent, or broker involved just me and seller-Seller is current on payments but in can't make Nov paymentAm I wrong in assuming its not safe legally to negotiate with the bank myself?
