Anyone have the name of a smaller but reputable fence company, or maybe a general handyman that can handle a small fence job?

I find it odd that of the 3 reputable Real Estate Law Firms I talked to, none of them are willing to draft a Letter of Offer for me. 

If they are reputable and exercise their duties of Loyalty, Care, Accountability etc. their connections are meaningless.Meaning, they are working for you and should have your best interests in mind.  

 I am in the market for an established and reputable HML in Houston, TX.

Hard money lenders are always good to keep in your rolodex, as well as building a reputation for success so you can get investors if needed.

First American has a pretty good reputation that should work well for you.

I am also looking for a reputable plumber (or plumbers) who also deal with investment properties.  

So, any leads to reputable wholesalers in Charlotte would be great.

As long as it's a reputable company, I wouldn't worry about it.

I hope someone is able to lead you towards a reputable insurance provider that has "good and cheap" coverage.
