Some include water and heat, some require the tenants to pay all utilities, some HOA or condo communities include practically all utilities, including trash and snow removal, so that would be included in the rent.

There is a buy out at the end, just like a leased vehicle but I have heard of companies leaving them there because at that point they arent worth the effort to send someone out and remove them.Id stick with the lease and be happy.

And also as far as open accounts go I have medical bills and that's all I just paid everything else and got the accounts either closed or removed they should update within 2 months
