Thank you in advance The market is red hot right and builders are hungry for inventory so if there is a developable parcel with real potential listed on the market right now and hasn't sold there will likely be a reason.

I guess both are accurate.They said the CDC doesn't have authority to do a nation wide eviction moratorium, but didn't strike down the existing one that will expire anyway at the end of July.This should prevent this from ever happening again.I live in a red state and I have been able to do evictions as long as I attest to the fact that I don't have a federally backed mortgage or that I do not receive government subsidies like section 8 on a property.

Someone getting offended when being asked for proof of funds is also a red flag - you're going to buy a large ticket item... being asked for proof of funds is the norm (along with a preapproval letter if they're financing).
