Hi Ric.You didn't say anything about your marketing attempts, but I would find realtors with lots of proven success in the area, get opinions and marketing plans from a few of them, and consider changing realtors. 

My advice is to usually steer clear of loans from your retirement accounts until you have a proven track record and can more accurately determine the consequences of your chosen course of action. 

If all your property is in close proximity you tend to be the first to recognize opportunities.
