I have my stock buy orders ready (at much lower prices than they are now) and I’m also still buying real estate and refinancing a few properties to lock in some good interest rates and unlock some equity.

@David FalsThanks for the updated..... and now that you made your decision, just something to think about in the future that I THINK hasn't been mentioned --- getting funds into a tax advantaged account is very limited.

@John Hogg I’ve had this problem twice in the past two years where I’ve ended up getting billed for mistakes made due to problems not caught by the title company at the time of closing on two different properties.

Then I learned form the people who made the course from richdadworld.

I finally feel ready to start taking action.
