It seems like someone who's getting Section 8 should feel like lucky to be in that program and not try to push the envelope by asking people to accomodate 2 pit bulls (yes, I know I'm being naive).

INDY MAC is one of the biggest abusers of pushing foreclosures through without proper due diligence in my opinion.

It took some hand holding, and he had to push hard to get it completed on time.

Such as just pushing his family over the income threshold.

I've been using it for about 2 years now and have zero complaints.I make the tenants sign the automatic drafts and it helps also, so that people who try to use last months rent can't.I had one tenant contact the company and try to get them to stop the last month's rent, so that I would use the security deposit instead and they told the tenants that only the property manager can make these changes, so it protected me from the tenant screwing up the place and leaving me without last months check.You can also push money back to them, so I inspect a property and I don't come with a check and when a tenant leaves I go online and push money back to them.

When comfortable about knocking on doors and pushing for people to subscribe to the paper - you are then on your own.

LOL)Now they've added a truck load of features like direct mail, customizable websites, contracts at the push of a button (pre-filled with your info), updated cash buyers, videos of props on site, and much more.

Its easy to mentally push and think the value is higher.

Push comes to shove something will be done to eventually turn it around.I doubt the manufacturing sector will return but they will probably be able to attract other industries if they create a climate that encourages business development.It may be 5 - 10years before real change happens though.

The leach field or laterals will be 4" and it appears you have 2", to connect as a clean out, picture an E shaped field, without additioanl clean outs it's hard to push that power roto into each line.
