Irresponsible use of the ecosystem for political gain by a supposed environmentalist with no oversight or calling to the carpet by the general public pisses me off.

And no, that’s not “something the state should reveal to you”....foreclosures are not meant to be vehicle for buying free and clear properties by the public....it is simply the legal process by which an hoa or bank enforces their lien.....if you join in the process, it is up to you to figure out the implications and risk.
