Yes sounds like a form of seller financing being provided for a fix and flip loan 

The whole point of a syndication is because no lenders will provide financing on a commercial property that's under rehab.  

I am getting this message - "This product does not meet California air cleaner regulation requirements, and cannot be shipped to California".Does anyone else belongs to California provide any specific recommendation?
