From my perspective I think advertising specific properties with addresses will produce much better results than making blanket statements on raising money.

Robert, I had the same question as you, and the answer I got was 200-240K in passive investment are likely to produce ~2K monthly positive cash flow.

We had some pretty bad thunderstorms that produced hail the size of baseballs along with some wicked lightning.

So I have to find something to produce income for the next few years.

Thanks for the replies.I have been looking into this and it appers that the MERS issue was more of a paperwork issue involving improper procedures used during the foreclosure process.

The banks have all been drafting their policy and procedures manuals since then and presenting them to the courts.
