Emails such as an announcement that on this day and time the washer is being replaced and plan on no washing in the morning, or that day there will be pressure washing of the driveway between 9am-11am please move your vehicle etc...and Jack in the past always respond with a quick thank you for letting us know reply.I never asked Jill where Jack is.

But, I could normally give them a yay or nay within 1 business day.I don't think I'd want to pressure a tenant into signing a lease.

Towns dont actively police this stuff without complaints most of the time. i would not pressure the inspector it is not in your best interest to get on Thier bad side.

No professional business person would voluntarily devalue their investment when there is no external business pressure to do so.If a landlord is not charging market rent and is not giving annual rent increases to insure their increased expenses are being covered by the tenant then they are not a professional landlord.Call them amateur, hobby or what ever you choose but they are not a professional landlord if they choose to supplement a tenants rent for what ever reason they may choose to justify their decisions.

It took the second plumbing company an hour and forty five minutes to clean the lines out with a 1,500 PSI pressure washer (they cleaned 3 feet of pipe).
