Meaning:- can you self manage OOS - do you have experience in your neighborhood with any rental properties and dealing with tenants - will you go with a PM. so what if we all found our best market , but don't have a good team, didn't find the right tenant , don't know what to do when the tenant calls at 9pm in the night ...etc etc .. its  a process, not just finding the best market.
