But buying a property within an LLC, in the LLCs name and with the LLC as the borrower is completely possible.

If I self-source a deal, I contact the listing agent directly to learn as much as I can about the property, activity on the listing, any pending offers expected, DOM, expenses, and seller motivations if possible.

Once that deal is complete, I'd like to make the jump over to real estate investing and really focusing in on creating passive (as much as possible) residual income.I have no personal debt other than my mortgage, and I plan to work while getting started with this investing.I'm very interested in mobile home parks, self storage, and any other similar types of investments.

My possible strategies:1)  Take out a home equity line of credit on the condo.

We are looking to finance the deal with as little debt as possible. 

It is still possible to get cash flowing RE in this class. 

I always just say close as soon as possible
