Intelligent, yes, more than most.GJ, good for you, I agree, actually you and I may not be as far apart as you think, I'm more open minded, probably more accepting of other's views but that doesn't mean the some of the core views are far apart, I'm just not extreme.I find it odd that someone would play such games on the internet and be found on a ministry site.

Besides the insurance requirement, just because the garage would be off limits doesn't mean that kids wont play nearby ignoring your rules and get injured.

Is a property owner obligated to provide at least one parking space to every tenant in this type of multi-family setup, given that there actually are enough spaces for each unit, or is he able to play favorites and provide two or even three spaces to one unit when there exist enough to cover each individual unit?
