As I have been reaching out to potential investors and doing the cold call grind (like many of you are probably all too familiar with), I keep getting pushback when I say "wholesaler." 

I have just started searching the web for properties, as well as reaching out to my small network of investors, agents, and brokers. 

I don't know your market well but I would have to guess somewhere between $400 and $800.Otherwise - you can consider reaching out to the real estate agent who helped you acquire the home to ask him what the comps are for that house.
