I know its hard to give this type of advice because of all the variables and everyone is in a different place/moment with their real estate careers, but I would like to know how YOU would use it at this moment in time in your life. 

That book blew my mind and my thinking about life and work has changed. 

I want to be successful so I can quit my day job and persue my life long dream.

I grew up in Miami for most of my life, and lived there for about two years in the Naples, FL/Fort Myers, FL area.

Also, I just want a life that allows me to take time to give to others when they need help with anything.

The extra bathroom for the kid entering their teenage years (1 hour per morning in the bathroom = needs own bathroom), shorter commute for your wife (happy wife = happy life), bigger yard for your dog, you get the idea.

I've spent my entire working life, investing hours of my time making other people wealthy.

Some look good via the pictures and rough numbers, but right off the bat after reading this I’m very weary of these properties and don’t even consider them- is that wise, or do you have any advice as to why I should still consider the properties?

So this house has been on the market for 80+ days and I am about to make an offer on it but for the life of me can not get an ARV.

It is a tremendous feeling because my whole life I could never find what I wanted to do professionally, and it brought many of draining emotions along with it.
