Hello Fellow Landlords,I purchased a two family residential property (vacant) that has a commercial unit on the property but complete separate (occupied by a pet grooming store).

It sounds like this chick may or may not be a residential tenant who just wants to use her company name on the lease though so I suppose that is just some food for thought.

@Tanya Brown  Just some food for thought on the deal, you might consider using one unit as a 'traveling nurse' short term rental unit. 

- Was able to rent it for much more than I was asking (Pet fees are a landlord's best friend).

Does the property manager take a cut when tenants pay for other items too, like pet fees, damages as the occur, etc.?
