Why leave the most important thing about the business (getting leads= making money) to "some expert".NO YOU become that expert and take control of your income.I much rather have someone else, take calls, walk properties, make offers, do the flips.. and I sit here developing new ways to rank all my 20 other sites #1And yeah I can absolutely help you out.

That's why I set up this self-directed IRA and LLC which I manage so I can have complete control (And yes, i'm aware of prohibited transactions in the LLC ... just preempting the comments that may come from that :) ).

This way you would have control the deal and explain to the buyer you have this property under contract to either buy and sell it.Tell the buyer this once you have it under contract: I have this property under contract with the seller.
