In the end, I want to focus on a portfolio 7-10 cash flowing rentals and turn my attention to real estate investing full time.I would like to build a team of local agents to help me find deals and/or property managers for rentals, contractors to help get properties ready for a retail buyer or rental, a lawyer to make sure that everything is legit, and a couple lenders that will assist with financing.I have been learning the areas of Streamwood, IL and Hanover Park, IL.

If you decide to work with the daughter, keep in mind she'll probably have to pass the park's application process if the mobile home is located in a mobile home community.

The building was mixed-use with parking which was a rare find.
