I understand your pain!

Humans by very nature are pain avoiders.

@Shiloh Lundahl  great points of some of the most common pain points.1.

The most recent one being1) replace screen2) replace some floor tile in the kitchen3) patch and paint the holes that tenants made4) replace door frame in the common area (major), suck5) level and replace cement/stone that is outside of the house... crazy noyeah, every year is like that a god damn pain.

You get taxed on the income, but depreciation lessens the pain.

@Sean TippensI live just outside of Denver and had my house pained inside and out including some decorative for my kids and it was less than 5500.

Include the job income as part of your strategy to help ease that pain, mentally.
