Package the property as a business plan.   

Devonthink Pro is a fantastic software package, and a few days ago released what finally appears to be a stable sync package that allows me to have all my documents on my iphone and ipad.As for self-managing.

@nathan click, I am considering different options at the moment starting out with a portfolio loan from a local bank they think the deal looks attractive and are willing to run numbers for a 20 year fixed commercial loan for the package. .

I have a local commercial lender who created a lending package specifically for our needs.

I have looked into doing a portfolio loan to provide financing that would be transferable to a new buyer, so it can be purchased easily as a package.  

It looks like this property was part of a package of 12 properties with a combined sale price of $680k.

@Jeremy Pace Getting a little more detailed with my deal I'm looking at a package of 3 4plex's by the same seller and are side by side , will a commercial lender finance this in a lump sum or will I have get separate loans?

Were these part of a package deal or all separate properties?
