As stated, Id rather have 1 tenant than 3.....BUT when things don't sound right, it makes sense to dig a little deeper to feel more comfortable.I would make sure my lease is VERY clear that only 1 person is on the lease and that's ALL that is authorized to live there ...PERIOD.
