Are there any other options aside from the rehab loan other than cash? 

Hi All! I have a lead on 13 parcels of land that used to have 120 units on them. Originally they were built in the 40s and torn down in 2016. My estimate is you could get a total of 250 units on the same land with mod...

But at this point have to consider all options.

If you have experience investing in this area of the country and can shed some light and insight into taxes, insurance, Airbnb options (easy/hard/impossible), permits, flooding, other potential issues, etc., I'd be most grateful!

Is it not an option what-so-ever?

Hello, I'm new to flipping and I'm working on setting up my to for fix and flip,where do you find a good contractor for renovating a multi-family house?

Im looking to buy within the next 3-6 months and its making  more sense to buy a single family home due to high cap x with multi-family properties.

Airbnb because it's for furnished rentals and Zillow because I've found people looking for unfurnished often convert quite fast when given a long-term furnished option.

I presume it would be advantageous for my in-laws to pay back that $250,000 in multi-year installments to limit their capital gains tax liability? 

Actually, having a an optional car to rent might be a great idea!
