Since a lot of “big” brokerages operate the franchise model, each individual office will be different from each other since the direct line of leadership is different.

Now, I have people in my growing circle offering to partner with their money and the opportunity to enter bigger models quicker in my journey has me thinking.I have told these potential partners I would need to see a partnership agreement drafted of some type which dictated how our money collaborates together on our first deal and our investment portfolio in total.

The model may have been replaced with a more expensive X-17. 

My next door neighbor (older couple looking to relocate to Kentucky) is selling their home, which is the exact model of home I am in and appraised for about $400k. 

@Simon Obas if you’re just buying the land or your investment model already includes a new roof, foundation repairs, etc, etc, then absolutely waiving your inspection contingency can really set your offer apart.Your agent should never advise you to waive the inspection.

I have 12 properties with only four loans left so it’s not a fair model.

The subscription model is replacing the buy model in many industries.

Its actually an interesting business model on their end.

That doesn't fit my model.
