Both ethernet and BNC/analog have delicate connectors and should probably be covered up when not connected to anything.You could write up an addenda or letter giving permission to install their own cameras without waiving their responsibility for repairing any damage that causes

@Mary AnnI have seen programs before for commercial/mixed-use properties that are no income (no doc) loans but they require 30%-35% in equity/down payment and the rate is normally 4% higher than a traditional 30 year residential loan.

People who have service dogs generally don't raise or train service dogs (the cost of which can run $50K, all in).Sounds like a fake ESA - and even then, raising one would not qualify (and if they had a valid ESA, it would cover ONE pet, with letter from doctor, which explains their medical need).
