@Joseph Theriault I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but have you tried the "text to columns" function in excel?

This version seems so much more functional and clean.

Determining optimal rent is more a function of market rates rather than inflation.

It would get really messed up really quick as to accuracy and functionality.  

Use to be, anyone making or lending could draft their own note, even if you're exempt from Dodd-Frank, drafting is 1. a mortgage originator function (federal) and 2. can be the unauthorized practice of law even if it is your note, can't be representing services to the other party, so check your state laws.
