I'm a serial investor and I met my business partner who totally matched my energy and we decided to dive in blind and luckily found a good deal.

Here and there you may find plumbers that will fill a hole with cement but they typically don't do finishing work.This is why I suggest that if you have a tiled bathtub/shower always have extra matching tiles and grout on hand in case they have to do plumbing work and don't have access on the opposite side of the wall. 

The number during our first year of ownership matched projections within 3%.

@Derek Cirino What I say is to interview a lot of sponsors to find one that matches your investment risk level and that you like, which is being used very qualitatively. 

That said, you can always ask the person you like best to match the lowest quote and often they will.

The incentives don't match up with your goals.  

Experienced people have very little time, but hopefully some money on hand.As you go through life as investor, you want to understand where you are on that spectrum, and then do the matching work. 

A common upgrade that I really like is matching the flooring, paint, and finishes to what you're putting inside new renovated units if you're undergoing a consistent renovation plan.

We have a few tenants that share our local RBC branch as their bank and setup withdrawals but this won't scale well to our properties outside of our area.I've come across Rotessa (www.rotessa.com) as the closest match to what I'm after but wanted to see if the BP community in Ontario / Canada have other options available?
