My uncle is thinking about selling it to cover her medical costs but my brother and I want to keep it in the family since that is where we grew up and we would like our kids to enjoy that house too.

Cashflow and ROI is better than anything else I've seen since looking for almost 10 months now (I think I'm at 18% CoC not including equity) and I haven't had to worry once about maintaining the property or anything like that.The downside is the HOA president has complained about tenants being too noisy, and I've had to field a number of calls from her in the past.

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY but I think the point was that, after a tenant has been there for 5 years, they are protected if they can cite medical conditions like anxiety (in addition to being over 65, or handicapped).

My husband is a general contractor here on the island.We’ve already had a huge set of layoffs at the medical center.

@Tony ArdisonThere may be lots of room for more mobile homes but does the zoning allow for it and will you have enough room for drain fields, enough well capacity, etc?

It is surrounded by a 43 acre agricultural field so the potential is there to rent parking space as well.

What  is the ROI on your education costs for that field of study?
